Northbank Communications strengthens team with new appointment

Northbank Communications, the full service PR and marketing consultancy focused on science-based companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Routley to the position of Senior Account Executive.

Ben combines excellent technical understanding of science with communication and project management expertise to deliver valuable and effective account support. Prior to joining Northbank, Ben worked as a Research Associate at the University of Manchester on a BBSRC-funded Exploiting Genomics Initiative. He worked within an inter-disciplinary team of colleagues that focused on improving methods and approaches for the interpretation of microarray data. In this role, his focus was to provide bioinformatics support and develop communication of principles between analysts and biologists. Graduating with a Genetics degree from the University of Liverpool and a subsequent Bioinformatics MSc from the University of Manchester, Ben has developed his knowledge over a broad range of post-genomic technologies.

In his role as Senior Account Executive, Ben provides account support and assists with marketing and PR project implementation for national and international client accounts.
