11 April 2003 Northbank Communications expands its technology team In response to recent client wins as well as increasing work from existing clients, Northbank Communications has expanded its Manchester based creative team with the appointment of Andrew Blank as Web Programmer. Andrew's expertise includes content management systems, active server pages, XML, Network support and Flash programming with projects spanning websites and interactive CD-ROMs. His qualifications include HND in Business & Information Technology, National Diploma in Computing and a Microsoft accreditation in Windows NT Administration. Previously Andrew worked for Openhouse UK Media Ltd as a Web Development Manager and as a Lead Web Developer/Designer for Alpha Business Communications. Sue Charles, CEO of Northbank commented, "I'm delighted to welcome Andrew to our team in Congleton where he'll strengthen our studio team.
