Northbank
supports clients at BIO 2005
The weeks leading
up to BIO can be a stressful time for a company as it struggles
to schedule partnering meetings, prepare marketing and exhibit materials,
and create a plan for getting the most out of this busy conference.
Northbank Communications provided crucial support and consultation
during this process for several clients including Ablynx, Atugen,
Biacore, BioInvent International, Borean Pharma, Cobra Biomanufacturing,
IntegraGen, MNLpharma, Oxford BioMedica, Plethora Solutions, PowderMed,
Santaris Pharma and Symphogen.
For two of these
clients, Oxford BioMedica and Atugen, Northbank organised a panel
session in the drug delivery track entitled, “Novel Delivery
Systems for Genes and RNAi”, which was so well attended, they
had to turn people away from the panel. For three clients, Cobra
Biomanufacturing, MNLpharma and Oxford BioMedica, Northbank provided
exhibit materials including roll-up banners, posters, and factsheets.
For all attending clients, Northbank worked to schedule as many
media interviews as possible with the 400 attending journalists
from around the world. Northbank’s representatives, Katja
Stout and Ashley Lilly attended the conference to provide on-site
support and counsel for clients while at the conference. The event
proved hugely successful all round with numerous new business opportunities
and media interviews stemming from the conference.
