M&A continued as a theme for Northbank, with its own consolidation into College
Hill announced in October (see below). Integration has occurred very quickly and this will
be further accelerated when the Northbank London team move to College Hill's offices in Tower
Hill next week. This move will also herald the change over to the College Hill brand - watch
this space for further information about College Hill's Life Sciences team soon. I'd like to thank all of Northbank's
clients, industry contacts and friends for your support in building Northbank into the success
that it has been over the past 5 years and I look forward to an even more successful future.

Joining forces
In October, Northbank became part of College Hill - an international business communications consultancy. The move extends Northbank's global capabilities and substantially strengthens its offering in financial communications, as well as adding new areas of expertise to clients through College Hill's Public Policy, Internal Engagement and Strategic Research practices.

Ablynx listed on Euronext
After providing communications counsel to Ablynx for over two years, Northbank was appointed by Ablynx to manage the PR around its IPO. Ablynx successfully listed on the Eurolist by Euronext Brussels on 6 November 2007, raising €75m.
