Account
directors
As an account director you would be expected to be a senior
ambassador for the Company. You would be expected to develop
and direct a portfolio of clients, thereby contributing to
the Company’s profitability and success. As part of
this you would take overall responsibility for client project
management, directing and supervising staff working on that
client or project.
To meet
the standards expected of our account directors, you would
need to be highly experienced and well informed, and be capable
of gaining client confidence and loyalty at a senior level.
You will also need to maintain a good knowledge of Northbank’s
clients and a thorough understanding of the services we offer,
our practices and procedures, so that you can effectively
sell and supply communications solutions to meet clients’
needs.
You must
understand the value that clients demand and be committed
to excellence in delivery. You are required to maintain and
grow business from our existing client base and develop new,
profitable business. Above all, your role is to maximise the
reputation, turnover, profitability and growth of Northbank
through your own personal efforts and in concert with our
team. Account directors must have specific knowledge of our
sector and typically five plus years experience. |
